The Prototype Car Center project was developed for Mousa Sultan Al Mousa as a purpose-designed automotive showroom concept in Al-Khobar. The project comprises a 60 m x 80 m reinforced-concrete showroom building, providing approximately 4,800 m² of building footprint and creating a substantial commercial environment for vehicle display, customer interaction and dealership operations. Designed as a prototype building, the concept was intended to establish a recognizable and adaptable architectural solution that could be implemented across selected development plots.

Al Shoala Commercial Center is a prominent commercial development in Al Khobar designed to create a distinctive architectural presence while supporting a broad range of business and commercial functions. The development is characterized by a contemporary tower composition integrated with lower-rise commercial and podium elements, establishing a strong visual identity and a clear presence within the surrounding urban environment. The assignment covered the complete design development of the project, bringing together the architectural concept and the technical requirements necessary to support the delivery of the commercial center.
