The Prototype Car Center project was developed for Mousa Sultan Al Mousa as a purpose-designed automotive showroom concept in Al-Khobar. The project comprises a 60 m x 80 m reinforced-concrete showroom building, providing approximately 4,800 m² of building footprint and creating a substantial commercial environment for vehicle display, customer interaction and dealership operations.
